As a former track & field athlete and Registered Dietitian, I have learned in my years of experience and in my own journey that dieting and restricting don't support physical and mental health.

After overcoming restriction, improving my body image, and learning to listen to my body, I now help others do the same!

As a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor I am passionate about empowering YOU to feel like you’re in the driver’s seat of your life so that you can live an authentic and healthful life.
