As a Registered Dietitian it is my honour and privilege to guide you in discovering all that is possible when you feel confident in your body and empowered in your food choices.
As a former athlete, I used to stress about eating perfectly. I tried it all: eating gluten-free, fasting, counting calories, cutting carbs - you name it. Eventually this lead to binge eating, feeling guilty, and then doubling down to make up for it.
Once I healed my relationship with food, it is now my mission to help as many others as possible to do the same.
I teach you the tools and skills so that YOU are empowered to achieve YOUR authentic health, however that looks for you.
