Recipe for Confidence Client Agreement



This Client Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is entered into between you (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) and Tam’s Table (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), collectively referred to as the “Parties”.

WHEREAS, the Client seeks to engage the services of the Company for Recipe for Confidence  a 12-week group coaching program focusing on intuitive eating (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”) as described in the Company’s promotional materials;

WHEREAS, the Company agrees to provide the Client with group coaching services related to intuitive eating in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, the Parties agree as follows:

  1. Services and Scope of Program 

    1. The Company shall provide the Client with group coaching services focused on intuitive eating as described in the Program. 

    2. The Program may include, but is not limited to, educational materials, group discussions, guidance on building a healthy relationship with food, intuitive eating principles, and support from the Company. 

    3. The Company acknowledges that results may vary depending on the Client’s commitment and participation in the Program.

  2. Payment: 

    1. The Client agrees to pay the Company the agreed-upon fee for the Program, as specified in the Company’s promotional materials or as otherwise agreed upon by the Parties. 

    2. Payment shall be made in the currency specified by the Company and shall be due prior to the commencement of the Program. 

    3. All payments made by the Client are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon by the Parties in writing.

  3. Term and Termination: 

    1. The Program shall commence on July 19th and continue for a duration of 12 weeks, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

    2. Either Party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other Party breaches a material term of this Agreement. In such cases, the terminating Party shall provide the breaching Party with an opportunity to cure the breach within [number of days] days. 

    3. Upon termination, the Client shall not be entitled to a refund of any fees already paid, and any outstanding fees shall become immediately due and payable.

  4. Confidentiality: 

    1. Both Parties agree to keep all information disclosed during the Program, including but not limited to personal and health information, confidential and shall not disclose it to any third party without the express written consent of the other Party.

    2. The Company may use de-identified and aggregated Client data for research, statistical analysis, and marketing purposes, provided that individual privacy is maintained.

  5. Legal Governing Body: 

    1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

    2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, Canada.

  6. Group Coaching Program: 

    1. The Program will be conducted in a group setting, with multiple participants receiving coaching simultaneously. 

    2. The Company will facilitate group discussions, provide educational materials, and offer guidance related to intuitive eating principles. 

    3. The specific schedule, format, and communication methods for the Program will be determined by the Company.

  7. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and representations, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties hereto have executed this Client Agreement as of the date of enrolment.
