Hi, I’m Tamara!

Not so long ago, I was a university athlete shamefully hiding an obsession with clean eating, binge eating, and felt totally out of control. 

 

I looked like a picture of health on the outside:

I worked out (obsessively)

I was lean (but never lean enough)

I was a dietitian (and felt like a total hypocrite)

 

Wherever I looked, I was surrounded by messages like: “eat less, move more”, “calories in vs. calories out”, or “healthy swaps for xyz”. But these only made my binge eating worse. 

My obsession with food sucked the joy out of my life. I was a dietitian. How could I help others eat healthy if I couldn’t figure it out myself? I had ALL the nutrition knowledge. It wasn’t until I realized that it was my relationship with food and my body that needed attention that things started to change for me. 

So I decided to go all in and start healing my relationship with food and myself. 

Now it is my mission to help as many women (just like you) as possible heal your relationship with food so that you can find YOUR authentic health and live a joyful, fulfilling life.
