Intuitive eating helps takes a whole person approach to nutrition so that eating can be a positive experience for you and your child.
You know your child best. Working with a dietitian can give you tools and strategies to support yourself and your family. Collaborating together we can develop the best possible plan that works for you and your family.
Your child can have support with:
- Understanding messages from their body (hunger, fullness, thirst)
- Exploring a greater variety of foods
- Exploring new textures and flavours
- Meeting their nutritional needs
Caregivers can have support with:
- Meal planning
- Meal timing and structure
- Introducing a variety foods
- Creating positive food experiences
As a Registered Dietitian and a Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor, I am passionate about empowering you and your child to nourish in a way that is fun and feels good. I take a holistic approach to nutrition to ensure your child is supported so that they can grow and thrive. Your child is unique and will receive personalized care and support every step of the way.
Discovery calls are 20 minutes long and conducted via zoom. It’s a chance for us to get to know each other and see how you can move towards your goals.
A 50 minute session to support you and your child in achieving your goals. Sessions can be conducted virtually or in person at STEPS.
